# PolicyAssociation

`PolicyAssociation` (defined in `PolicyAssociations.vb`) is a legacy (pre-`clsAssociationTypeCode`)
association model value type used by `PolicyAssociationList` to represent a single related-policy
row produced by the legacy UNION query.

## Purpose
- Represents one legacy-model related-policy row (policy number, name, relationship type) prior to the introduction of `clsAssociationTypeCode`.

- Namespace: `SAIF.Business.View.Policy`
- Assembly/package: `SAIF.Business.View.Policy` (embedded library reference)

- This is a plain class, not a `clsBusinessBase` derivative — no inherited members section applies.
- Superseded by `clsAssociationTypeCode`/`clsPolicyAssociation` for new development; retained for existing legacy call sites.*
